Hey, I’m Lorraine. A mom, nana to four grandbabies, and a born-again believer!

I spent 36 years in a marriage filled with verbal, emotional, and mental abuse. Then, in our 34th year, I discovered my husband had been cheating on me the entire time.

The betrayal left me drowning in shame, guilt and anger, not just toward him, but toward myself. Honestly, all I wanted to do was bury my head in the sand.

One day, I decided I was tired of hiding myself. I knew it was time to deal with what happened, so I sought our Christian counselling. While that helped, I also set out to discover how to create real change in my life and to finally find the deep healing I so desperately needed. I finally discovered how to be strong in mind, body, and soul, and I want to share it with you!
